COVID POLICY: If you are showing signs and or symptoms of Covid you will be asked to reschedule 6 days out. Signs and symptoms are as followed: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea Guest policy: NO EXTRA PEOPLE UNLESS BEING SERVICED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Booking policy: Please make sure appointment are booked according to your needs Cancellation/Rescheduling/Grace period: All appts must be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 50% of service totals. No show fees are 75% of service. After 15 minutes late your appt will be cancelled and you will be charged 75% of service as a no show fee. Payment Policy There is a NONREFUNDABLE $15 deposit required for all services. You may only reschedule once per deposit, after first reschedule you will need to pay another $15 deposit. Deposit goes towards your total balance and must be paid at the time appointment is booked or appointment will be cancelled. Same day service is available. When booking please make sure you add same day service for your appointment. Same day services are an additional $25 Please make sure are card on file are valid. Lash After Care Do not wet lashes for 24-48 hrs Use oil free products Do not curl Brush & Clean daily Do not use mascara If you experience any problems with your lash extensions within the first 72 hours of service contact us for accommodations. If it is not reported, this will result in additional fees. We do not offer refunds. Please arrive with clean lashes!
